Taking a different approach to portraits, creating something a bit atmospheric through the audio with some dynamic black and white static shots. This one was my Dad. Glad to work with him and get out into the woods to shoot some really fun footage.

The city feels so much better in black and white. Love the contrast of light and dark and how surface textures seem to pop. With our current restrictions, I’ve been living downtown lately and spending lots of time at my studio. I always try to snap as many pics as I can, so here’s a few.
I love being downtown, there’s something about the buildings, all the activity and sounds of people and the rush of cars passing by that give me all the good feels. Here’s a few shots in glorious black and white in my city of Winnipeg
